The height growth rhythm of Camellia oleifera seedlings in the second year after planting was analyzed based on the net growth increment of seedling height and the sequential sample cluster analysis, the results showed that the seedling height growth process of C. oleifera was divided into three fast-growth stages and three slow-growth stages. The fast-growth stage was from late May to early August, and its growth increment was accounted for 50.23% of the total growth increment. In addition, the growth and development characteristics of seedlings in the second year after planting and the scientific management of C. oleifera seedlings were discussed.
